The meeting will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina from February 9-11, 2026. A discounted block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Every hotel room and suite has impressive views of the city or San Diego Bay. Overflow Shuttle Bus Operating Hours Schedule

The 340B Coalition will run complimentary shuttle buses to and from the Hard Rock Hotel, Hotel Indigo, and Sentral San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Shuttle service will run in a continuous loop at the times below, stopping by all properties (note Hotel Indigo and Sentral are adjacent to each other so will be one stop), for transport to and from the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

Pick-up and drop-off points:

• Marriott Marquis: Pacific Drive (located on the ground floor, just outside of the Exhibit Hall (Pacific Ballroom)
• Hard Rock Hotel: In front of Hard Rock Hotel at 207 Fifth Avenue
• Hotel Indigo/Sentral: In front of Sentral San Diego Gaslamp Quarter at 502 Tenth Avenue

Morning: The shuttle will make its final round to all overflows 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled end times with no return service to the hotels. 

Evening: Last shuttles depart from the Marriott Marquis 15-20 minutes prior the scheduled end times with no return service to the Marriott.

HOUSING POLICY/RESERVATION INFO - PLEASE READ

The 340B Coalition will be using ConferenceDirect as our official housing company. All hotel reservations must be booked using our official housing company in order to get the reduced rates listed above. Details on how to make your reservations will be emailed to you after you have completed your conference registration.

Note: ConferenceDirect is the only official housing provider for the 2026 340B Coalition Winter conference. If you are contacted by any other group other than ConferenceDirect, recognize that they are not endorsed by the 340B Coalition. Despite any claims, no other housing company has access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you receive an email or phone call from any other housing company, and make a reservation with this agency, the 340B Coalition is unable to guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the specified hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.

The following terms apply to all reservations:

• A confirmed conference registration must be made prior to making your hotel reservations. Please don't share the reservation link with others as the system will confirm you are a registered attendee before allowing you to reserve a room. Only one room per attendee can be booked.
   
• A valid credit card must be provided at the time the reservation is made and may be charged a deposit of one night’s room and tax by the hotel as early as January 15, 2026. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the one night's room and tax deposit.
   
• In addition, the 340B Coalition housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations made after December 19, 2025.  Should you cancel, this charge will show up on your statement as "CONFDIRECT*340BWinter". This policy will apply until 72 hours prior to arrival when the hotel's cancellation policy goes into effect.
   

Room reservations made directly with the hotels will not be eligible for the reduced rates. All reservations must be made using our official housing company.
