We are excited to welcome you back to San Diego for the 340B Coalition Winter Conference!

Please note that conference registration fees include the Main Conference sessions scheduled on February 25-26, 2025. Additional pre-conference workshops are scheduled on February 24, 2025, the day prior to the main conference. Additional fees apply for pre-conference workshops. All vendor demos (covered entities only), networking opportunities and exhibit hall hours on February 24 are open to all attendees. Note: You cannot register for a pre-conference workshop only. You must register for the main conference as well. View the agenda for more details.

Early-bird registration fees expire December 20, 2024. The final pre-registration deadline is February 18, 2025. You may still register on-site if space is available. Note that additional fees will apply.

This 340B Coalition Conference Attendance Justification Booklet is for an employee of an entity, vendor, or other stakeholder looking to justify the benefits of attending the 340B Coalition Conference. The conference is the premier venue on developments and implementation of the federal 340B drug discount program.

Please notify us at events@340bhealth.org if you need to cancel your registration or if you send a replacement to the conference. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee.

Taking place Sunday, February 23 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 340B University is an educational program designed to meet the practical needs of 340B Program participants and other program stakeholders. 340B University features a broad range of educational sessions, starting with 340B basics and continuing through program integrity and audits, implementation and policy, pricing calculation, and key purchasing compliance considerations. Participants learn from 340B subject matter experts, experienced faculty, and networking with peers. Continuing education credit is available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. There is no fee to attend this training. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
