PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

The pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday, February 24. Options include:  Professional Development Workshop, Elevate Your 340B Program Workshop or Audits Workshop. See the agenda for details. To add a workshop to an existing registration, contact events@340bhealth.org or visit the onsite registration desk. Please note there is an additional cost to attend the workshops and registration is required for all attendees.

Please Note: If you are not attending a pre-conference workshop, the main conference sessions start on Tuesday, February 25 . The exhibit hall will be open to all attendees on Monday from 11:45 am - 5:00 pm and all covered entities are invited to the vendor demos from 11:45am - 12:35pm and 2:45 - 3:35pm.

NAME BADGES & SESSION RESTRICTIONS

Name badges must be worn at all times. Your badge is your admission pass for all meeting sessions, the exhibit hall, and all meal functions you are registered for.

Sessions indicating a group number on the agenda are limited to the respective covered entity, industry or pharmacy/pharmacy service groups. Session restrictions are strictly enforced and industry representatives are not allowed to attend on behalf of covered entities. **Note: You must have a badge to enter educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and all meal functions so please be sure to always have your badge with you. Do not lose your name badge! Free reprints of your name badge are not allowed. If you lose your badge and need to reprint it, the following fees will apply depending on your registration category:

REGISTRATION & HELP DESK

The registration area and conference help desk will be located in the Marriott Ballroom Foyer on the lobby level of the north tower. Paid pre-registered attendees should proceed to the Badge Check-in area where staff will assist you in printing your badge.

If you have a balance due, need to make any changes to your registration, or are registering onsite, please skip the pre-registered kiosks line and visit us at the onsite registration desk so we can assist you. Onsite registration lines can be long so we encourage you to come early. See below for registration hours.

To download the app, click here from your mobile device or search for “340B Pulse” in the Apple App Store or Google Play. While you can use the app if you are not logged in, logging in unlocks features such as connecting with other attendees, viewing handouts, and saving notes. Log in to the app using the same credentials you used to register for the conference.

If you prefer to work from a computer, or use a web-based mobile app, please check out Hub & Space (login required), which is a scaled down version of the mobile app. You can use Hub & Space to customize your agenda, view speakers, bios and session handouts, locate exhibitors, connect with attendees and complete session evaluation surveys.

Please Note: If you already have the app downloaded, please go to the app store and update it. Additional changes to content within the app will continue to be made up to and throughout the event and will sync automatically to the app.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors, don't forget you get free lead retrieval through our mobile app. Use the lead retrieval to record attendees you have talked with and save notes on your conversations. Instructions: To access this feature, first you must log in to the app, then open the event, and click on the Lead Retrieval icon on the dashboard. Once in the QR scanner, click Scan Code to scan the QR code at the bottom of attendees' badges, or select Enter Code and enter the number below the bar code. You can view your scanned leads at any time by going to the QR scanner and clicking on the View Scanned Leads button. A list of all scanned leads will also be emailed to you.

DIGITAL PROGRAM BOOK

The program book for the conference is digital. While a fold out agenda-at-a-glance and exhibitor directory will be available in attendee bags, ALL OTHER information will be in the 340B Pulse mobile app. You may also visit the Conference Website for attendee information and the online agenda. Please be sure to read the Mobile App section above to take full advantage of what is available to you leading up to, during, and post conference.

SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS

Presentations are available via the 340B Pulse mobile app and the mobile app’s companion website, Hub & Space (login required). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend (stakeholder group restrictions apply). Note: Not all sessions use PowerPoint presentations. If there are no handouts posted, the speakers either didn't use a PowerPoint presentation or we were asked not to distribute it. 

**Note: Presentations will be added to the website the week of February 17 and will continue to be added as they are finalized or updated leading up to and throughout the conference.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

The South Carolina Pharmacy Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. 340B Coalition Winter 2025 Conference ACPE credit is jointly provided by the South Carolina Pharmacy Association (SCPhA) and 340B Health. SCPhA designates this continuing education activity for 13 Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education contact hours (13 CEUs) pending final accreditation approval.


ACHE Credits:

By attending the 340B Coalition Winter 2025 Conference, participants may earn up to 11 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the FACHE designation. Attendees may earn credits by attending the live sessions on February 24-26, 2025. Total number of available credit hours is subject to final accreditation approval.

CONFERENCE PRIMER

Want to get the most out of your 340B Coalition Conference experience? Don't miss the conference primer from 5:00 - 5:30 pm on Monday, February 24 in the Rancho Santa Fe room. Attendees will be able to network and will hear what is new at the conference, receive a hands-on tutorial of the conference app, and leave this short program with a better understanding of everything the conference has to offer.  Whether this is your first or nineteenth Coalition Conference, everyone can benefit from the conference tips in this session.

CHARITY FUN RUN & WALK

Join us on Wednesday morning from 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM for our Annual Charity Fun Run & Walk. Check-in begins at 6:30 at the conference registration desk in the Marriott Ballroom Foyer. This 2-mile round-trip fun run/walk along the Embarcadero is designed for all fitness levels. The Coalition will be donating all proceeds collected from sponsorship and registration fees from the Fun Run/Walk to this winter's charity partner, GenerateHope. If you have not yet registered for the walk, you can still do so onsite or by contacting events@340bhealth.org. Thank you to our generous sponsors. Post about the 340B Coalition Winter Conference on LinkedIn for a chance to win one of three $40 gift cards. 

Attendees will receive one point per post, and posts with multimedia and/or links qualify for two points. There are unlimited entries—the more you post, the greater your chances of winning!

Terms and Conditions

We may share your posts for future 340B Coalition conference promotion. 

The prize drawing will be on Wed., Feb. 26. We will announce the winners publicly, including on 340B Health’s LinkedIn account. We encourage attendees to attend the prize drawings and closing remarks session to claim their prize. Winners who are not in attendance will receive an email from a 340B Health staff member notifying them of their prize. 

We will select three winners randomly, and each winner will receive only one prize. To be eligible, participants must be registered for the conference, must tag 340B Coalition and use #340BConf in their posts, and must have social media profiles with first and last names that match their conference registration entries. What Do I have To Do?

  • Use the exhibit floor map to find participating sponsors and answer their questions correctly to receive a stamp in your passport booklet.
  • Participants must find and receive a stamp from each sponsor and complete the Name and ID information at the back of the passport booklet in order to be eligible for the raffle.
  • Completed booklets must be brought to the registration desk for inspection and the final stamp of completion at any time up until 10:45 am on Wednesday, February 26.

COVID INFORMATION

The 340B Coalition is following CDC and California rules relating to COVID.  Under those rules, masking is not mandatory, but we encourage attendees to bring their own masks and we will make a supply of masks available for those who wish to wear one. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the conference center.

If you are feeling sick prior to the meeting, please do not attend.
